Start/Finish times and locations

Sunday, March 7, 2010 • 7:05 AM start time
The course will be open for 1 hour (7:05 - 8:15 AM)
Start and finish will be at Veterans Park: 3101 Harvey Road
College Station, Texas 77845

Race Fees

  • Through Jan. 31st - $20 for online registration,
    $25 for paper registration
  • Feb. 1st - March 3rd - $25 for online registration,
    $30 for paper registration*
  • Note: Online registration closes at 11:59 pm on Mar. 3rd, 2010
  • Mar. 5th - 6th - $35 In person
  • Race Day - $40

*Mail in registration WILL NOT be accepted if postmarked after Saturday February 27, 2010.

Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. This means once we receive your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate and you may not sell or give your entry to anyone else. If you cannot participate, we will be happy to mail your Armadillo Dash T-shirt to you upon request.

Tshirt sizes are guaranteed only for those who register BEFORE February 5th, 2010.

Awards Ceremony

The awards ceremony will begin between 8:00-8:30 AM in the Pavilion at Veterans Park. Awards not picked up at the finish of the race will be mailed.

Cash awards for the 5K will be presented for the following:

  • First overall male and female finishers: $50 each

Trophy awards will be given for each category below:

  • First male and female finisher in 10 year age divisions starting with 19 and under, and then in 10-year increments, (e.g. 20-29, 30-39, etc.) to age 70+.

Photography

Photography will be [available and announced at a later date] provided by Your Sporting Image.

Your Sporting Image

Course Regulations

NO strollers, skateboards, bicycles, devices with wheels, dogs or other animals will be allowed on the course with runners.

Water Stops

There will be one water stop on the 5k course. This water stop is not part of the water stop competition.

Safety

A first aid station and mobile unit will be located at the start/finish area.
